The platform

AmbiScript is clinical workflow intelligence. AmbiSignal is operational execution intelligence. Pick one and follow a representative workflow from start to finish.
For clinicians and care teams
One encounter. Several coordinated clinical outputs.
Patient context before the visit, then the note, orders, referrals, coding suggestions, and patient instructions, each reviewed and signed by the clinician.
Designed to reduce documentation burden, missed follow-ups, and fragmented handoffs to coding and care teams.
- 01PreparePatient context and open care gaps, before the visit.
- 02CaptureFindings extracted as the conversation happens.
- 03CoordinateNote, orders, referrals, and coding suggestions prepared.
- 04ReviewThe clinician reviews and signs. Nothing goes out without it.
Illustration of one visit on a single card. Before the visit, AmbiScript summarizes a 58-year-old man with hypertension, prediabetes, and hyperlipidemia: his last visit on June 16, 2026, and three open care gaps: an overdue A1c, a urine albumin test not on file, and colorectal screening due. It shows rising blood pressure and declining kidney function, a risk adjustment factor of 0.412 this year against 0.539 last year because chronic kidney disease stage 3a has not been documented yet, and predictive risk signals. During the visit, it extracts findings as they are spoken and writes the note. After the visit, it prepares ICD-10, CPT, and E/M coding suggestions with their sources and the RAF impact, orders, a referral, and the next visit date. The after-visit summary explains the medication change, how to check blood pressure at home, how to protect the kidneys, how to eat less salt, and when to call the office or 911. The clinician signs and sends it.
For operators and executive leadership
One operational signal. Accountable action across the organization.
What the frontline raises in a huddle, checked against operational data, given an owner, escalated to the level that can act, and tracked until it closes.
Designed to reduce issues that resurface huddle after huddle, actions without a clear owner, and blind spots in where execution is slipping.
- 01DetectIssues raised in huddles, checked against operational data.
- 02PrioritizeRanked against targets and compared across units.
- 03AssignAn owner and an intervention, escalated to the level that can act.
- 04VerifyTracked against the outcome measure until it closes.
Illustration of one issue on a single card with a camera that zooms out. At the Unit 4 huddle, staff raise a transport delay, and transport data confirms it. The unit briefing shows staffing and patient flow below target in red and safety and equipment above target in green. The camera zooms out from Unit 4 to the whole facility, where Units 4 and 6 are below target in red and an owner is assigned, then out again to the region, where only one facility is affected. An action record shows the owner, the intervention, the outcome measure, and the verification step. The action is completed; discharges before noon rise above target for two days, and the outcome stays under review. The execution score reaches 86 percent. Finally, the executive briefing summarizes the whole health system today: safety, staffing, and equipment above target, patient flow below target but recovering, what is working, one decision for leadership, and a system execution score of 84 percent.
Platform foundation
Two purpose-built platforms. One commitment to execution.
The same principles run under AmbiScript and AmbiSignal: people stay in control, work connects to your systems, every action has an owner, and deployment meets your security requirements.
Human oversight
The platforms prepare and recommend. Clinicians sign clinical work, and leaders own operational decisions.
Interoperability
Standards-based integration using FHIR, HL7, and supported vendor APIs, with scope confirmed for each deployment.
Accountability
Every action has an owner and a status, and role-based access with audit logging shows who did what.
Secure deployment
Single sign-on, encryption in transit and at rest, and BAA terms, configured and confirmed for each customer.

Platform questions
What does AmbiScript prepare for a visit?
A pre-visit summary from the patient record, the captured conversation, and drafts of the note, coding suggestions, orders, referrals, and the patient's instructions.
Who reviews and approves clinical work?
The clinician. AmbiScript drafts and suggests; the clinician reviews, edits, and signs every item before it is used.
What information does AmbiSignal use?
What is said in tiered huddles, read alongside connected feeds such as census, staffing, patient flow, safety events, and equipment status. It tracks each issue, its owner, and whether it closed.
How does the platform connect to our systems?
Through standards-based integration using FHIR, HL7, and supported vendor APIs. Connectivity, read and write scope, and workflows are confirmed for your specific EHR and systems during implementation.
Can we use AmbiScript or AmbiSignal on its own?
Yes. Each platform can be deployed on its own or together with the other.
